Kausal, the data publishing platform that collects data on climate mitigation, went from zero international sales to negotiations with twelve Swedish customers. More than that, the scaleup got one public grant application in Sweden and a collaboration application jointly with key partners and competing in a public procurement.
Additionally, the long-awaited projects got the needed push to be activated, like the collaboration with Sweco, getting a meeting with 5 Swedish cities and 7 relevant organizations in Sweden, project application for VINNOVA and more.
With the help of Euro Scalers program, Kausal also identified international climate networks and crafted the foundation for the Sales Playbook and Communications Handbook. It included the complete set of sales processes and tools which leverage channels like, for example, HubSpot.
From 32 leads to 4 deals worth of €224K
The turnover of Radientum, a ´superior antenna solution provider, has grown from roughly €850K in 2019 and 2020 to a projected €2M in 2021. During Euro Scalers program, the company has agree partnership with the certification company Cetecom and SIM card provider 1NCE. Additionally, they ran a joint webinar with Cetecom.
Altogether, Radientum accumulated 32 new leads from Germany, which results in 4 cases with combined value of €224k. At the moment, the scaleup has 9 active customers in Germany adding PHOENIX CONTACT Electronics to their portfolio of industry-leading companies.
