The aim of the VTT case was

to help research groups to commercialize the tech faster, and generate growth

We had 6 students and VTT pilot research groups participating in the program

HOW DO WE COACH THE STUDENTS?

Workshops
We have three general workshops to teach the specific skills to the students
Assignments & 1-on-1 meetings
When needed the students also have a possibility to meet us 1-on-1 to discuss their situation more in detail
Goal-setting meetings
We have weekly goal setting session, where we go through the weeks tasks and the student have a possibility to ask questions and assistance if needed
Follow-ups
We follow up in smaller groups at the end of the week, where we review the tasks and evaluate the performance, and also give feedback
